Would not mind that, with Moses and Sakho lining up as wide forwards, similar to last year. Pull Kaboul and O'Shea/Coates out of position, which should not be that hard. Bring Carroll on once they are tired out.
I think we need to try a tweak or two.

Bring Carroll on when they're tried? I'd imagine the centre halves will actually love that.
Can stand still winning headers for the remainder of the game.

If Ogbonna was back I'd drop Jenkinson and play Tomkins right back.
I'd be tempted to either rest Noble for Obiang or maybe drop a winger and play 3 central midfielders and win the midfield battles for once and attempt to knock it around confidently.

Worked great for team holding the lead in our last game, right?
Even if we are being silly and jumping is the only thing they will have to do, you must know, if you have ever played any sport, that getting off the ground quickly is one of the first things to go with fatigue.
